Refunds and returns 

Please note, due to the reworked nature of our items, we cannot offer returns or refunds unless there is damage or fault upon receiving your order. Therefore we ask you check size measurements before placing your order, any questions please use our Contact page before ordering.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be aware that our 'Reimagined' range & anything using repurposed materials may show small/light signs of wear or natural aging expected with vintage and second hand materials. Some offcuts may also be left with raw edges for a design feature that may continue to wear over time. This is part of the beauty of buying something repurposed and is not classed as damage and will not be covered for a return.
